We offer a comprehensive list of trial support services to assist you from the pre-trial stage to closing arguments.
If you are in the pre-trial stage, we can meet with you initially at no charge to give you an assessment on how we may be able to help you with your case. We can assist you in organizing all of your deposition testimony, deposition videos and trial exhibits. We can show you how to work with synchonized videos that will help you maximize your time before trial. And if necessary, trial software can be installed on any laptop computer or office computer at your law firm so that your staff can access all of the data related to your case. We can provide training for your staff so that they can learn what they need to do to begin working effectively in a matter of a couple of days.
Although we primarily work with Visionary Trial Software, we can work with any videos that have been synchronized to work with Trial Director, Sanctions II, Yes Video, etc.. Or if you have videos that have not been synchronized, we can convert your videos to the proper format (MPEG1) and synchronize them for a nominal charge.
Our courtroom equipment consists of digital projectors, Da-Lite projection screens, BOSE stereo speakers, ELMO visual presenters, scanner/copier/printer, a Sympodium Interactive Pen Display, and additional LCD monitors.
We don't like surprises, so generally all presentation materials and equipment are tested and retested before we go in to the courtroom and our standard practice is to backup presentation materials on to external harddrives or other suitable backup devices.
Our mission is to work with attorneys in advance of a trial where we can build a comfortable relationship with the client by working with them one-on-one.
